Happy Fathers Day to the man who has always been by my side ✨ I love you.
When all you want is a nice family photo but this is what you get instead 🤣 lake days with my cute little family are the best days. Chris and I have another whole weekend off together, we have been blessed with lots of quality time lately and good work schedules 💕
Not only does this Dietitian shop at Walmart occasionally to get some of my favorite affordable snackaroo’s but I also eat processed food 😳. I 100% believe that processed foods can be included in a “healthy” diet and nowadays I feel like we have so many super convenient and easy ways to incorporate more healthy fats, fruits, low fat dairy products, and veggies into our diet! ✨ there is no reason to not nourish that bod with easy options sometimes. • • • 1 rule: the majority of the food you eat should be from whole, fresh foods. 2 rule: avoid crazy additives and tons of ingredients on the labels of packaged foods - stay away from those. 3 rule: let convenient foods help you reach your fruit and veggie goal for the day as well as avoid fast-food runs by keeping healthy snacks on hand. 4 rule- not all processed foods are good for you and some should definitely be avoided, learn to read the nutrition facts label if you have questions or ask a Registered Dietitian like me 💕 • • Favorite snacks pictured above - -dried apples -pistachios -yasso frozen Greek yogurt bars -frozen strawberries -Dippers - chocolate covered frozen strawberries • • What’s your favorite processed food???
We will be eating butternut squash lasagna for daysssss after making this amazing crockpot meal! Thanks again to @karalydonrd (recipe found on her website) ✨ so cheesy and delicious without any meat, I think this should be your next meatless Monday entree!!! Here’s to a fabulous weekend everyone ✌🏻
Seriously, the most delicious (vegan) green goddess dressing ever. Like I need another reason to eat more Avocados (all those yummy healthy fats 👌🏻). The perfect texture and full of fresh herbs ✨ recipe 👉🏻 https://karalydon.com/recipes/vegan-green-goddess-dressing/
