Zucchini fritters on the menu today because (A.) Perfect baby-led weaning food for Sullivan (B.) Perfect ways for us adults to eat more veggies too. Super simple recipe, just needed almond flour (or regular flour is fine), pasture raised eggs, and zucchini! I suggest adding more seasoning for those being eaten by adults (like @traderjoes chili lime seasoning 😍 for an even tastier twist). You can give yogurt for dipping sauce for the little one as well ✔️ happy Sunday!
