I love my little fam 💕 also, does anyone see any resemblance between Sullivan and I? Wondering how I produced an exact Chris replica 🤣
Plant Based (aka anti-inflammatory meal). 👐🏻 • • Soba noodles. Edamame. Butternut squash noodles. Broccoli. Bell Peppers. Carrots. Onions. Garlic. + Asian sauce.
Made extra portions for dinner tonight so that Chris and I could have tasty and balanced meals for lunch tomorrow (I do this every night) 🌟If I am going to be in the kitchen then I’m going to make sure that I have extra for lunches the next day so I have no excuse for choosing less healthy options from the fridge in a rush or having to run to a fast food joint for emergency food on my lunch break. Plus, prepping ahead helps us save money by avoiding having to make those fast food runs. It’s a win win win if you ask me 🤷♀️ At this point, this is so routine for us that I couldn’t tell you the last time I didn’t bring a lunch with me to work! That’s what happens when you make good habits 👌🏻 • • • Meal: simple turkey meatballs, sliced watermelon, roasted carrots and zucchini [seasoned with onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, and chili powder + tossed in some olive oil]. • • I’m looking for inspiration, what’s your favorite go-to easy meal to prep?
Counting down the minutes until I’m off work and get to spend three whole days with my favorite men (and the most handsome men) 🌟🙌🏻 Cheers to a holiday weekend! Photocred: @kaylaforniadreamin 💕
It’s all about balance 👌🏻 pairing carbohydrates with fiber, protein, and fat to make the perfect combination to keep you full and satisfied is my #1 recommendation when people are trying to eat better and promote optimal nutrition. 🌟 • • • Example above is my at work pumping snack: mandarin orange, boiled egg, 3 tbps. Garlic hummus, and 1 cup cucumbers. • • -Calories: 230 kcals -Carbs: 20g -Protein: 10g -Fat: 12g -Fiber: 6g -Plus, no added sugars -Plus, I have some antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals in their too 😍 • • • Side note: obsessed with my @prepnaturals containers 🙌🏻
