Look at my super imperfect cheesecake 👌🏻 I would say that it was a valiant effort for my first attempt at making cheesecake! • • • Chris is overjoyed with my random pregnancy cravings, we ate take-out Chinese for dinner one night which I don’t think we have ever done since we have been together. Having the random cravings is helping me get better at cooking things I normally wouldn’t though! • • For the cheesecake, I found a recipe that subbed Greek yogurt for sour cream and it turned out well! Lower in fat and calories but still curbed my cheesecake craving perfectly! 🤤
SURPRISE!!!!!!! As we enter the second trimester of pregnancy, we are extremely excited as well as incredibly blessed to announce with everyone that we will be welcoming a precious baby into our family January 2019 💕 • • • Now my absence on social media should be explained!!! As a first time mommy, the first trimester has been overwhelming and full of some not so fun surprises but we are praying for the rest of the pregnancy to go much smoother and for baby to continue to grow healthy and perfect ✨✨✨ we are so thankful for God’s provision and faithfulness in our lives. • • • Any and all advice for pregnancy and labor/delivery is completely welcomed! Especially from all you Dietitian mommies who can re-fresh my education on prenatal and infant nutrition! 📗 • • • And If I could sum up the first trimester in two words - hungry and sleepy 😂 goodbye abs and hello packing on the pounds, embracing the miracle of life/pregnancy and enjoying every moment!
