The biggest concern any mother has when starting solids is how to avoid the risk of choking? 🤔

If you haven’t noticed, we have been making it a top priority to avoid single use plastic in our household which we know is better for our health and our planet. ❤️⁣

I don’t know where this cultural thought process that breastfeeding isn’t needed once your child reaches one year old became a thing. Your breastmilk doesn’t just suddenly become not nutritious when your child reaches a year of age… 𝐢𝐭 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭. 🙅🏼‍♀️⁣

As much as I love eggs and think they are so important for a little one's diet, there are babies with egg allergies! 🥚

Breastmilk is the perfect food BUT new research is showing that the better quality of diet the mother has, one that supports adequate maternal nutrition stores, can translate into increased quality breastmilk. 👍🏻

I cannot believe that our book is officially printed and being sent out!
