This is a crash course in an evidence based approach to starting solids for momma’s who want to be confident that they are providing their little ones with appropriate nutrition from the start. This course focuses on tactics to promote the overall health and wellbeing of the child while preventing against picky eating and texture aversions through the self-feeding approach.

Breastfeeding: Latching Onto the Basics (1-Hour) Pre-Recorded Class

This is a crash course in breastfeeding basics to prepare mom-to-be’s or new moms with evidence based practices to ensure breastfeeding is started off on the right foot (or boob). This course will educate you on all you need to know about how to ensure baby is nourished, mother is supported, and mom + baby having a beautiful breastfeeding relationship.

Starting Solids 101: Self-Paced Course

Registered Dietitian and Certified Lactation Counselor run Starting Solids Course. Evidence-based approach to starting solids to encourage a healthy dietary pattern from the start.

​This course is perfect for moms with littles between 3-12 months of age. It gives you all the information you need to start solids in a way that reduces the risk of picky eating, texture aversions, nutrient deficiencies, and much more. The first 1000 days of life are pivotal in establishing healthy long-term eating habits and research has shown that proper nutrition during this time frame reduces the risk for many long-term diet-related chronic illnesses including hypertension, obesity, type 2 DM, and more.
