I had to brag on these two websites for having some of the most delicious recipes (as well as easiest recipes) ever! I tried “No Bake Peanut Butter Granola Bars” and it literally took me 5 minutes to make and then I chilled the granola overnight. The next morning I packaged the granola into individual bars and I ate them throughout the week for snacks and they were AMAZING as well as super filling. My husband stated “These are the best granola bars I have ever tasted in my life,” so that has to mean something!
Also, I made lunches using this “Kale, Brown Rice, and Tomato Salad” recipe and it was so hearty and delicious that I wouldn’t even consider it a “salad” recipe. My husband was also a huge fan of this recipe and said his coworkers were raving about how good it looked! Its like a new take on the chipotle burrito bowl with more nutrient packed goodness and loads of fiber!
You have to try out these recipes for yourself as soon as possible! Who said eating healthy is hard??! I can’t wait to try out more recipes from these website and I will share with you guys when I have more great finds!
